I want to touch a cat

Haha. Jangan salah faham ye. Bukan nak provoke @ create new event. But ini trully dari hati untuk orang yang penakut kucing cam mak :p

Anak is our reflection. Bila mommy takut kucing & iman nampak, automatik dia akan takut gak. Kesian Iman, mommy memang nak ajar awak suka kucing. Malangnya mommy tak seberani itu.huhu

Mommy suke tengok kucing, tapi bila kucing dekat mule la bukak langkah 8 ribu. Haha.
I need trainer for that.

But for time being, kita pakai mangsa pertama dulu untuk train Iman (& mommy of coz) Yeah. Robot kucing. Haha. Iman memang suka kucing.  Keep saying "Mommy, cat! cat!" Pahtu bila kucing datang mula mengagau lari pakej nangis. Adoi la.. sebijik sangat la nak oii.

Jumpa robot kucing ni kat pasar malam. Dulu dah pernah beli masa dia kecik, tapi bertahan for a few hours je. -___-"
So kali ni saje pickup robot rabbit. Memula memang Iman dah ambik bila pakcik tu bungkuskan. But then, die taknak bergerak & start point to the cat. Fine. Kita tukar ye pakcik. Heee. Dapat kucing die terus senyum lebar & gerak tanpa paksaan. Dasar sangat kan.

Balik rumah, memang seronok die main dengan robot cat die tu. Siap ajar flash card & bawa tidur lagi. Hehe. Takpe ye sayang. Nanti mommy beli cat yang betul ye. Kita belajar jaga sesama k :)

So, back to question. Any class for i want to touch a cat??

Manage to bake again! Yeay.haha

I love bake since at my school time. But sebab kebizian. Yeah..bz. puiii. Hehe
Takde masa nak bake. So here it is :)

CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE KUKUS

Bahan A

1 cawan serbuk koko ( tak kisah jenama apa pun )

1 cawan gula castor/ brown sugar

1 cawan susu cair

1 cawan butter (dipanaskan dahulu)/ minyak

1/2 cawan susu pekat

Bahan B 

1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum

1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat

1 sudu teh baking powder

Bahan C 

1 sudu teh esen vanilla

3 biji telur (suhu bilik)

Cara buat:

1. Ayak semua Bahan B dan ketepikan seketika.

2. Masukkan semua bahan A kedalam periuk, dan kacau hingga sebati dengan menggunakan api yang kecil dan sejukkan.

3. Pecahkan telur kedalam mangkuk besar dan pukul hingga kembang. Tuang bahan A tadi bersama esen vanilla kedalam telur tadi sambil di kacau hingga sebati.

4. Masukkan tepung yang di ayak bersama baking powder dan soda bikarbonat (Bahan B) dan kacau lagi hingga sebati selama 5 minit.

5. Tuang adunan dalam cupcake separuh je. nanti takleh curah coklat topping kalau die naik sangat nanti

6. Since buat pakai cupcakes kukus 10-15 minit je (pastikan air steamer telah mendidih terlebih dahulu). Jangan buka penutup kukus sampai cukup masa.

BAHAN UNTUK TOPPING (ganache) 

Bahan-bahan

300 gm coklat masakan - dipotong kecil

1 sudu besar susu pekat

1/2 cawan susu cair

2 sudu besar butter

Cara:

1. Panaskan susu cair dan susu pekat dengan kaedah double boiler.

2. Masukkan coklat masakan dan kacau hingga ianya cair. Padamkan api dan masukkan butter. Kacau lagi hingga cair.

3. Curahkan ganache atas kek yang masih panas tadi hingga menutupi keseluruhan kek & hias

4. Bila kek dan ganache dah sejuk, bolehlah dimasukkan ke dalam peti ais. Boleh juga dinikmati ketika suam-suam panas.

2nd degree?

Alhamdulillah.last semester :) & i was planning to do second degree coz now feel regret tak amek degree in account plak. Haha Otherwise i must be graduate after 3 years only coz a lot of exemption paper.

From DIA continue epjj BA (Hons) Finance it took me almost 5 years to complete due to less paper can be exempted. -____-"
Takpa..take my sweet time.ahaha

Actually, as mention i hate account though i had been in this industry more than a decade. But now, with a little help from my boss. He slowly give me trust to do few things that actually interesting like Company tax computation :p

Well, little that i know that love can gain with experience.

So should i ? Or shouldn't?

I just enjoy my motherhood :)

Iman first date movie

When people ask me to bring along my hero to a movie.  I just worried. Thinking that i might make the cinema upside down.haha..

But today, i just gamble and prepare what i should. You know, warm water, milk, bottle, pampers, towel, etc2.

We watch The Equalizer. Its an action movie. I like it coz my favourite actor. Denzel Washington is the hero :) you guys should watch this. Its simple movie with a simple action but make me shock coz i need to close my eyes sometimes :p

Its midnight movie. Iman was all happy panky go round the pop corn counter. During pregnancy i love to watch thrill movie & thought it shouldnt be a problem for him too.

First 15 minutes he is all fine. Then when he sleeping mode calling, he start to make a voice with a close eyes as usual -____-"
& mommy about to panic.

Quickly prepare his milk & Alhamdulillah he is all back to calm.

With the sound system that loud not even bother him to sleep until the end of the movie. Thanks to the aircond of course. Haha

Doa for self

Sometimes we do not realize that we being "harsh" to ourself. And also to others.

May this doa keep us positive all the way until Jannah. InsyaAllah :)

Bila mana..

Bila mana hati terdetik cemburu atas kejayaan orang berbuat maksiat..

Doakan yang baik-baik aja. Moga mereka berubah. Dan kejayaan itu suatu hari nanti dapat menyedarkan mereka dan membantu orang lain :)

ME TIME

Had a nice massage, facial & hair treatment done today at midvalley. Head to toe. Its good to pamper yourself after a long and tough day.
