Found this application that i think good for a person like me. I eat a lot and then i forgot to drink. Might be because those food, hence my stomach said "okay its enough dear. Don't put anything thru your mouth anymore." So my brain like digest those info and wallah i don't feel the needed of liquid. Wow, what a nice excuses right! -___- "
So no more excuses. This reminder is good enough to beeping me at anytime that i need to drink up.
